Klotzli Knives?

Hi folks,
I've been looking real hard at a couple of Klotzli knives lately, but I don't ever hear much about them. I've heard the Swiss Border Guard mentioned with good review, but not much about other knives they make. The Swiss Border Guard looks beautiful, but just too big for my normal EDC.

If you have experience with the ACC line or the EM-WB knives, please share your thoughts. If you have experience with other Klotzli knives, please speak up also. To give some perspective, my current favorite EDC knives are CRK Small 21 CF, CRK small Inkosi red micarta, Spyderco Chappy LWT, Isham Blackstar, Hinderer Slippy CF and various flavors of customized Mini Grips.

One concern I have, after being spoiled by the fit and finish of a CRK, will I be disappointed by a Klotzli at around the same price?

How is the action? Any traces of lock stick with a titanium liner lock?

It looks like the stock clips will leave a fair amount of knife sticking out of the pocket. Is the staggered 2 screw alignment the same as any other aftermarket clips?

I've got no problem with ATS-34 as a steel, although it is sort of last decade. How is the edge geometry and how thin are they behind the edge? What hardness are they at?

Thanks in advance for your expertise!

Love my Border guard. It carries way smaller than you would think about like my BM Anthem in size. Very slicy blade and well made. Im just guessing but I bet their other offerings are just as well made.

I lucked out on a small fixed blade years ago because the store had somehow misplaced the sheath. Which reminds me I still have to make a new one. It's a great little knife, very well made. However, I saw the original price and boy was I flabbergasted. Switzerland is not a cheap country. At that pricepoint, it does have some pretty good competition.

I have not handled one either but am on the call list at knifeart for when they get one in --to me it looks very well made and I feel is in the same category as lionsteel knives.
