These KLVUK Knives arrived in Reno a week ago just fine and after keeping one week in the shed the Satisal wood handle developed hairline crack.
Scary sharp edge!

Didn't need to spend the money but I was starting to get "done deal" withdrawal. This should be a fun project.
 
Folks, these are awesome deals. If you want a rock solid well made khukuri at a steal of a price, buy at least one. You can fix the crack very easily by running thin CA (superglue) into the crack and then using fine sand paper to create dust and press it into the still wet CA. It makes for a great fix and it blends with the rest of the handle quite nicely.
 
Arrrrg? #5 gone... drats. 4 looks good! hmmmm.... Ill have to think about it while they disappear! Im gonna regret this later I know it! Hey theyre talking about Ganga Ram under them KLVUKS. oooooo:eek:
 
They don't come with sheaths but you can have Auntie send you a Kami medical sheath for 20 bucks. They are top quality and work very well on these knives. I think she still has some anyhow, never heard they were gone.

I think everyone that orders a KLVUK should order the sheath with it. Super good deal.
 
Wow, I am way too slow today. All gone before I got here Well, I guess I should be thanking everyone for helping me stick to my budget. So Congrats to all the proud new owners... now I think I will go find a corner to pout in for a bit, I can play with the triangle box that just got delivered to make me feel better about it.
 
All sold in 1 hr and 8 min. Pretty popular blade!--I really like mine and they respond well to a little personal modding.---KV
 
The new KLVUK arrived and it is really great. The heaviest and sharpest KLVUK I have held yet. Auntie was not kidding about them being "scary sharp." The satisal wood handle has really nice grain in it. Now to fill the crack. There is just one but it runs most of the handle on one side.
