Kme "super tuff" ceramic benchstones any good?

I recently found these in my search for a new set of benchstones and was wondering if anyone has tried them? Are they comparable to the Spyderco stones?

Isn't Aluminium Oxide the same as the old India stones?
I doubt they are comparable, but I haven't seen these.
