I did a dagger using it in a fraction of the time it would normally take for two reasons: I use a push stick instead of burning the crap out of my thumb or index finger. That alone saves hours in cussing and shaking my hand. You can go several more strokes before dipping to cool. I can get a straighter second grind line with out the bobbles that take forever to match up.
