7" Gyuto style blade, steel is ZDP-189 laminate with ATS-34 outer layers, sambar stag handle with 416 stainless ferrule, 11-3/4" OAL. Blade is etched enough to bring out the contrast between the ZDP-189 and the ATS-34. I filled the pith in the butt with powdered copper and thin superglue...I really like how the copper blends with the amber sambar.

My first thought ( before reading your description), was it was a Gaucho knife. In the Traditional Forum there is a Link on Gaucho Knives, several that look a lot like your knife. John
