Well here is my 5th completed knife. I dontated it to a silent auction for a good cause and it brought in $155. It is 5160 spring steel, with a full flat grind and convex edge. It is a full 1/4 in at the spine with a taper starting at the end of the handle to the tip. The handle is Cocobolo treated with linseed oil. Has a shaving sharp, sticky edge, but you could chop or baton with it no problem. I dont think you could break it unless you were trying very hard. Any way just looking for some criticism or let me know if you think it was worth the $ they paid for it.

I like it a lot. Somebody got a really good deal at that silent auction. Looks like it would be very comfortable in the hand. Good work.

Very nice Jeep! Nice fit and finish for #5.

How about some specs? OAL? Blade length? Self heat treat? etc

I like! Simple design but very effective looking. Spring steel has been used in the Philippines for years and years.

Love the grain on that wood. Also, nice looking edge. I always appreciate the way a sharp edge catches light.

Sorry I dont have the OAL, the blade length is about 5 1/4 in. It is a self heat treat in a Kiln, quenched in motor oil and double tempered.
