Knife #54 - a D'Holder Style

This is of O1 with maple and copper/stainless Loveless bolts. This is to be a companion knife to a maple burl WSK. Its 8 5/8 OAL; blade is 4 inches.

Nice Roger, your realy pumping them out! I have always had a liking for loveless bolts, with them you know the handle isn't comeing off with out a hammer!

Yep, the O1 tarnishes really easy. Just keep'em oiled I guess. Still won't stop it.

Keep them dry and oiled. I have 2 0-1 kitchen knives and they dont have any rust on them. Just dry them and wipe on some oil before storing.

I like it. Enough of a guard to keep your fingers from separating from your hand when cleaning/gutting. Not too big which makes for easier carrying and storage. Nice grind and great looking handle.
