Here's another of 10 knives I am finishing up. Blade is 4 3/4 inch. 9 1/8 inches OAL. Spine is 0.145 inch thick and the grind is Scandi.

Thanks for the look.

Roger,
The longer blade looks great, and I love that wood. Get ready to make some more of these Bushcrafts, I have a stange feeling that they will become alot more popular soon. ;)

Nice job Roger..

OT did you get my e-mail about the Colb knife? no word back so I don't know if you did?

ANOTHER beautiful Scandi, Roger! You needed a break from all those combat and bushcraft knifes, fella. You have that Scandi grind down perfect, and I really like your choice of wood, too.

Thanks all. I just posted three more and the last bushcrafts in this batch of ten knives.

Dan, yes and I will email you this evening. Thanks for the reminder.

Roger, Very nice blade.
A couple of questions.
Why did you decide to go with bolts rather than the other methods of attaching scales?
I really like the redwood. How did you finish it? Is it stabilized?

Thanks for your time

shappa, the redwood is stabilized. I just got to using the bolts and found I like them. They seem to make a good mechanical connection and using them has saved some time too.
