It took me a bit to make this a somewhat relevant post... I think I did well enough.

I waited over 90 minutes in line to see Lord Stanley leave the ice arena on to its' next venue. I arrived to late for the formal "pay $10 to get a picture" process. Here it is on its' way out. We were told that the guy would bring it down the line for quick pictures, but he was pretty much at a dead run from the building to the car!

One of my shots had a great shot of one of the best teams ever... GO FLYERS!

Double oh yeah... the Mischief is in a couple days. TOO MUCH FOR ONE INDIVIDUAL TO HANDLE, I TELL YA!

:D

I was in Boston the day of the big parade. Well, I got out of Boston for the day while it was on :)

A few days before I was in Martha's Vineyard. Karen got this shot of me with my Busse uniform on.

For a second there, I thought about bragging that I drove 160 miles for the opportunity to almost see the cup. That's nothing compared to you flying thousands of miles for the chance to avoid the Boston Bruins Championship Parade! ;)

Neither of us would have these stories if the team I wanted to win the cup had actually done so. I suppose with that I am thankful that the Bruins won it all. I truly believe that the best team won it this time.

:D
