Knife and Gun combos...

I do love to pair a nice knife and gun together. I'm going to the shooting range, and I will have my Spyderco Paramilitary 2 with s45vn steel and my beloved Smith and Wesson 686 Plus .357 Magnum 4-inch barrel. They pair great together. I will add a picture soon. It's getting impossible to find ammo for the 357 these days, but they are still my favorite knife/gun combo!

Anybody else have a favorite knife and gun combo?

Just out curiosity, what makes them "pair" well? What are you doing at the range that makes it better than another knife with that specific firearm?
