Knife & Anvil wire cutters?

I'm constantly let down by wire cutters on every multi-tool I've owned.
The scissor style cutters that is used always ends up binding.

The knife & anvil style cutters used by ChannelLock are light years better, and I don't see why that style isn't utilized in multi-tools.
Does ChannelLock have a patent on it? Because, I can't imagine the reason would be production cost, as it wouldn't be that difficult to manufacture for multi-tools.
Especially if they were made as replaceable cutters.

Does anyone else feel this way?

The Leatherman Wingman uses anvil style wire cutters but they are terrible. Its not quite the same as the knife & anvil style ChannelLock offers those. Both sides of the cutters on the Wingman are anvil style.

What multitool's have you tried out and what are you trying to cut?

I've tried most SOGs and a few Leatherman models. Both integrated & replaceable cutters. I currently have a Rebar.

I cut all sorts of wire, from thin copper, to a bit heavier aluminum fencing & some similar gauge soft steel. For all the heavy gauge wire, I break out my ChannelLock fencing pliers.

I get most of the binding from the smaller gauge stuff no matter the material used. With the slightly heavier stuff, it just doesn't cut as efficiently as the ChannelLocks.
I was doing a simple stereo installation for a friend, and ended up getting out the ChannelLocks out of frustration.
