Knife bags

When traveling I have noticed that kitchen knives at the rented cottages and apartments are usually butter knife dull, therefore I usually take my own with me. I have made leather sheaths for kitchen knives, but it occurred to me that sometimes some other tools might be needed. So I made a tool bag for kitchen and other tools that I might need. It is made of heavy cotton canvas.

Good deal! Great minds often think alike. I do the same for steak knife sets if the customer would like one.

Mostly I will make slip sheaths for steak knife sets but will do the roll when requested.

A great idea you had for traveling and a nice job.

It started out as carving practice.
When it turned out ok I wondered what can I make with this odd shape?

I found a YouTube video for a tool roll. And just sized it to fit my canoes.

Used the pines milled leather per the video.
