Knife behind molle pouch

I am looking for a molle pouch with a way to conceal a fix blade knife (izula) behind it and still be able to molle it to my bag.

From looking at photos online, looks like a medic pouch might work, some show photos of scissors behind the main pouch.
 
ITS Tactical makes something like that.

HSGI bleeder will hold shears behind it.

Use 550 cord and mount you izula holster to the PALS webbing. Then use malice clips to attach the pouch to whatever host you are using.
