Knife blade you don't need to open the M.T.to use

Who makes a multi tool you don't need to open to get to the knife blade.
Being I use the knife blade mostly I find it annoying to have to open the tool l to get the blade out. Anybody have one that opens like a jack knife :confused:

There is quite a few Leatherman tools that do this - the wave and charge in particular.
 
The Leatherman Wave and Charge can be opened one-handed.

The Victorinox Swisstool and Swisstool Spirit have knife blades that can be accessed without opening up the tool.

The Gerber 800 series also has one-hand opening blades.

Of the above I choose to carry the Victorinox Swisstool.
 
The Leatherman Waves and Charges can be opened one-handed, but the LM Juice line also has the blades on the outside, with nail nicks to open.
 
Not only can you open the blade of a Leatherman Charge one handed like any modern folder, the blade is made from 154 CM steel.
