Knife book - reference

Any suggestions for best all round reference on folding knives. Seems like Levines Guide 4th edition (Out of Print) is highly touted. Looks like you can get a 4th edition off Ebay for around $100 (ouch). Searching the web I found some other Knife books that list Barnard Levine as author for less. Any recommendations on the below list or books by other authors.
