Knife bought at yard sale

PLEASE HELP!!!!! I purchased a knife at a yard sale that interested me and now I can't find any information on it and was wanting to know if anyone knows anything about this type.....
It's a filet knife that has some writing on the blade ...J. Martturu?? Finland Hand ground stainless the writng is in cursive writing and looks looks like it was engraved into the blade... the handle is wooden with a whale shape carved into it... the wring on it is hard to make out could possibly br Roprla/Boprla/Raprla/Baprla/ or something to that effect....please let me know if you might know anything about a knife or a company like this.
 
It sure sounds like a Rapala to me. Ive got its twin brother in my tackle box, and its been there for years. My grandfather gave me mine for Christmas when I was about 10.
