A.Daniel Valois makes some great ones, he was at the new york knife show. he said he is going to have a website up after thanksgiving, but i didnt catch the address.

he makes the best belt buckle knives ive seen, they are easily accessible, decent steel(440C) and your belt stays latched when you draw the knife.

I was looking for a something else on the links page and found this http://www.trickproducts.com/ . Currently they have a buckle which hides a normal knife but seem to be developing a knife belt buckle.
