Knife builder wanted

I have a really nice piece of a base of a whitetail antler I’d like to have someone make me a really nice knife with. I want it to be a gut hook design and a higher end steel that will be a lifetime piece. I would really like some suggestions of some of the best knife builders. Location isn’t really important as I can ship the antler. I am in Oklahoma. Thank you.
