Knife Cardboard Sheath Source?

Can anyone recommend a good online source for cardboard protective blade sheaths in varying sizes? Yes, I realize I can make my own, but if I could obtain some inexpensively, I would rather go that way.

If you have tools (punches, a few pop rivets, and some thin cordage) you can actually make a quick and easy leather sheath. All you need is maybe a 1'x1' sheet and you have enough for one sheath. So long as you keep the leather 1/8" or lower it is easily workable and should be maybe $10.
