Hey guys! I'm looking for some great knife care products that are worth the money. I am a newguy in the knife collector/user community.. Please help me because I want to keep my knives nice and perty!

Yes! Mineral oil!

Yep...it has many uses (mineral oil)

Yep. Prevents rust, makes you handle scales look good, lubricates, and makes you "regular." You could go Baby Oil if you like that smell, or Choji Oil, or Food Grade Mineral Oil...but it's all the same stuff pretty much.

Eezox. It's not food safe, so not for use on your kitchen knives, but the list of things that protect from oxide better is very, very short indeed. I use it on my EDCs.

i am going to walmart tomorrow to pick up some mineral oil to use.,....on my blades

I got the mineral oil.
Do you guys put this on black coated blades too or just the silver blades.

I just wipe the whole shabang. At worst you get a little excessive gloss from the oil that you have to wipe off.
