Knife carrying cases

Hey everyone just wondering what production knife manufacturers ship their knives with a pouch/pelican case?

Btw I know Medford and Brous blades does, and Chinese companies like We, kizer, reate
Just wondering if any other USA company does this. It's cool to see them give you that when you pay good money for it.

I know Spyderco includes a nice zipper pouch with their higher end knives. Another one that comes to mind is Ferrum Forge. My last Guardian Tactical/Rat Worx came well packaged with a box and pouch.
