Where, or how to get some knife catalogs?

I go right on the website and fill out the really short address form.
Most are free.
Benchmade has a great catalog (free)
Spyderco has a REALLY good catalog (free)
Even the Cold Steel catalog is pretty thick and thought out (free)

Once upon a time, Spark hosted a thread where people could post links to online catalogs. I'm not sure if he kept it up to date, but I'll look around and see if I can find it.

Many companies have pdf catalogs. Go to the websites of the brands you like and look around.

Why not just view the catalog online? Ordering all those seems wasteful to me.

To get one from Kershaw/ZT just email them and ask nicely. I don't think they have a request page anymore.
