Does anybody know how to center the blade on a Spyderco Manix 2? Mine is off a little & is driving me crazy! ! Thanks a bunch! - Smither

They have really tiny bushings, it can be difficult. Check youtube for videos centering Benchmade axis locks. The same general principles apply.

If all else fails, it's a spyderco... they'll fix it for you if you send it in.

Let's say it's closer to the clip side. Loosen all the screws. (Not the screws that hold the clip)

Fold up some paper - a strip maybe an inch wide. You're going to stuff the paper on the clip side of the blade to hold the blade against the other side.

Tighten the screws. I would do the pivot screw last.

Take the paper out and see where the blade stays. You may have to do this more than once to get it where you want it.

Or send it back to Spyderco. I know that will take a while but it's probably the best option.

Mine is slightly off. Other than loosing the pivot, pushing the blade and holding it while tightening it, I dont know how else will work without a major modification of the knife. It helped a bit but never completely.
