Looks good. I'd say increase the spacing between the individual lines unless you have really neat handwriting.

Its a half of a page on card stock. I'll get my wife to fill it in. My hand writing sucks!

Looks good ,David. I would add a photo of the completed knife on the reverse side ( just print the cert, turn it over, and print the photo).

That's a great idea.

Just wondering, how do you guys word your warranties?

I do something like this.

This is to certify the product described below is hand made by Erik J. Boese of Böse Messer. I have been making knives since January of 2007. The knife and all parts / accessories were crafted specifically for the this knife and there is no interchangeability with any other knife, even one(s) of similar design purchased from Böse Messer.

Guarantee
All products from Böse Messer are guaranteed for life to be free from defects in workmanship and materials. If this product / accessory fail under normal use, return to this knife maker for repair and / or replacement. Normal use is defined as those for which any knife would be used. This does not include prying, digging, torque applied to the tip, edge or spine or any other non-cutting / slicing activity. Böse Messer reserves the right the determine whether the knife was mistreated. The knife, however, is not guaranteed against rust because proper care of your knife will prevent any rust from occurring. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please return your purchase (knife, sheath, etc.) in its entirety within 30 days from receipt, in original unaltered condition, for a full refund minus shipping. If you ever desire to have the knife reconditioned (blade finish, edge bevel correction, minor handle resurfacing, etc.), please contact the maker and for a small fee plus shipping, will return the knife as close as possible to a “like new” condition. Re-sharpening is also available for a small fee plus shipping.

I like this, I need to start doing something like it. This place is full of great ideas.

I thought I would put that in the " other features" area. That way I could use this same certificate for all knives.

But you have to specify what you consider "normal use". To some, normal is prying a crate open with a blade...

Then change it a bit and say "under normal use of the cutting edge" or "under normal cutting use" or "under normal use as a matter separator."

If someone break my knife by abuse or was it because it was little too hard. It is not my place to judge my customers, they feed my family.

Overall I like it alot, but I would fix this.

It switches from Third Person to First Person and then back again...
Change that second sentence from "I" to match the rest...
