knife collection

My dad owns a small knife collection called "The American Eagle Commemorative Series 1776-1976" has 5 knives blue, green, red, white and yellow handles. blades are marked S&W CUT USA. any info that anyone has would really be great. Thanks. max7
 
Sounds like a Smokey Mountain Knife Works collection, I recall seeing, not really high end stuff, more along the lines of Franklin Mint Collectables.
 
S&W CUT Would be Smith and Wesson Cutlery (same as the gun manufacturer). They were probably made by Taylor Cutlery. It's 3nd rate stuff at best. They pitch it as being some sort of exclusive limited edition... limited to 10,000 pieces.

Pretty much worthless. Sorry.
