Knife Customizer Recommendations?

What are your recommendations in knife customizers for knives you own but want to customize further? Please provide background and contact information for the people you recommend.

I'd also like to know about recommendations on knife customizers. Anyone know of any who will sell me a Ti back spacer for my Benchmade 705 without me having to send the knife in for customization?

I know of three production knife customizers that I have seen mentioned here many times before by other forumites.

They are Sunrise Custom Knives, Robinson Custom Knives, and Frank Recupero's Customized Knives.
