Knife double edge question

Hi BF, I have a question regarding the Extrema Ratio MF3 Ingredior. My inner mall ninja has fallen in love with it but it has a top point that is sharpened and I'm wondering if people/police would consider that a dual edge knife. Wouldn't want to be caught with that here in California lol

I know from personal experience that the police here in Texas could consider that a "dagger" if carried around. I'm not sure how California is, but I kind of have a feeling it's just as tough or moreso.
