I haven't posted any of my knives on this forum yet. My name is Wes. I'm from N.C., 18, and I have been forging for about 9 months. my Instagram account is @rougemont_forge. Here is my stuff:

not bad at all! It seems you are having fun exploring bladesmithing with freedom and curiosity. :thumbup:
 
Lookin good...Im early 50s,and still only building kit knives...
But I do build em my way.....Where bouts N.C. you dwell?
Im between T-ville,Denton,Lexington,Asheboro.....I call it the TriAd Foothills...Or
Gods Country.....;)

I carved out the Crepe Myrtle sheath with the knife itself, I didn't sand it smooth. It attaches to the belt just like traditional Japanese battle knives & swords. It just feels cool to draw the knife this way, plus you don't need to unbuckle your belt to put it on!
