knife exchange question

i have a question regarding dealers in the "wanted to buy" section of the knife exchange.

if a dealer has an item that a poster wants can they let them know who has it?
or is this not allowed?

for example:
"i want a Super Saki 2000 gut slicer NIB."
can Bubba from Bubba's knive let me know they have one.
or
can "joe blow member" say "Bubba's knives has them."?

or should we just post it in the "for sale by dealers" section?

i just want to make sure i understand.
