I made this ladder pattern for a friend that wouldn't take any pay when he did some mechanic work for me on my wife's auto. He's big on knives though, so I figured this would help me get even, a little anyway, with him. All I need now, is to make the sheath and its out of here.

OAL 11 3/4", w/ 6 3/4" blade. all brass hardware, water buffalo horn and cocobolo handle, Steel 1080 &15n20.

Damn man, you need any more work done around your house? Let me know, I'll be there if that is how you pay!

That looks great, I love the buffalo. I have a couple horns here that I want to use. Just need to figure out on which knife.

Anyway, great lookin knife. Double thumbs up from me.

well, lets see guys. The house needs painting inside and out, and all new floor covering throughout. Shop could stand a good cleaning. Thats good for starters. :D :D I'll make up some more damascus and start getting a few more knives made, I would definately rather do that as paint. Of course my wife will atest to that.:D

Thanks,

Bill

I think most knifemakers have houses that need work. It seems to be a side affect of the damascus desease.
