I'm looking for a blade that's going to be easy to open and close due to some arthritis in my fathers hands, any suggestions? It has to be locking and sub 4". Thanks BF!

I'd suggest a Kershaw Oso-Sweet, Volt II or Drone. All assisted openers
with liner locks. Also reasonably priced. I also have the same problem
as your father, but find these easy to use.

You might want to try something with a button lock.
Kershaw makes one called the "Thistle" . My father has arthritis and has problems with liner or back locks.

The Thistle looks interesting. I'm not a big fan of broad blades, but could grind down the back side some. I like the push button release, just hope "the man" doesn't mistake it for a switchblade :-)
