Knife from inglorious bastards?

i was watching the trailer for this movie and for a split second i saw, what i consider, a cool knife. so i was just wondering if knows where i could get something like the one in the poster (below). Basically i'm looking for a knife with a clip-point, carbon steel blade thats about 11 in. or more and maybe even is single bevel (doesn't have to). Pretty much as close to the knife in the pic as possible lol. thanks :thumbup:

You probably won't find a matching model, it being a artist's rendering, but the pic reminds me of the Western G-46 ( http://www.militaryfightingknives.com/collection/f20.jpg ).

I agree that, because it's an artist's rendering, you'll probably never find the exact knife. It does bear some similarities to a Randall model 1, which would be authentic to the period of time in question. Interestingly, the knife that's actually in the movie bears no resemblance to the one in the poster (and no, I have no idea what that one is either).

yah i figured that the exact one wouldn't be available, but anything close would be sweet though

kinda reminds me of the shape of a large puukko knife, but with a clip point. actually that would be perfect, if anyone knows where i could get one of those that would be great too.

btw i think the knife is in the movie. in the trailer when some guy (not brad pitt) comes up behind some nazis and slits their throats, he uses this knife. i could be mistaken though cuz its a really fast scene
