Knife from the movie "The Saint?"

I know that it's probably not a real production knife, but somebody had to make it for the movie. I liked the blade shape and it appeard to be an auto-opener. For those of you who haven't watched the movie, it is a few years old and stars Val Kilmer. The specific scene is where he inflicts a small cut on his forehead with the knife to scam his co-star, Elizabeth Shue.
