If any of you ever venture to Seoul, South Korea make sure and check out the Knife Gallery which is located in the Insadong neighborhood. It's the only place I've ever seen Benchmade, Spyderco, Chris Reeve, Strider, Microtech, hand made katanas and a host of other brands together under one roof.

Here is their website, but it's Korean only www.knifegallery.co.kr

Hey, hey, hey...
Let's keep this American, guys. The only Korean I know is "Give me a dollar." And somehow I always end up saying "Give me a blanket."
Crazy language...

Done jo The D sound is a combination of D and T combined.

The O in done is pronounced as in stone. Done=give jo=money

Not sure if I have the spelling correct, I'm not sure how to say dollar, I'm not korean but my girlfriend(yobo) is.

Sorry, I'll keep it English :) . I'm actually planning on visiting Seoul before the end of the year and Insa-dong + the Knife Gallery is high on my list of places to visit. No promises, but I'll try and post some pictures when I get back...

True enough about the Gallery (saw the Sure-Fire sign by chance one day last year and did an immediate bee-line). Glad to hear that there are other knife-nuts around :D

good to see a few koreans on the boards...hehe

ahn young... hangkook mal jom jal mot hay yo... wish i could though.

I'm a me-gook saram (American). I'm in Seoul visiting some friends and spending money buying stuff in Insadong. I did, however, manage not to spend any money at the Knife Gallery. That was tough.

Mssrs Kim and Han are good friends of mine. Mr Kim was at the Blade show in Atlanta and some of you might have seen him around.
