Knife handle repair

I purchased a Camillus bosun's knife in 1957 similar to the current Camillus Model 695. Over the years, the yellow phenolic handles split and fell apart.
Can Camillus replace these handles? This is an heirloom knife at this point having served me through 26 years of naval service and 40+ years of my life.
