Knife Handles

Looking for someone (company) that can replace a "bone" type handle (probably plastic) with a micarta, or Kraton, type. Received a hunting knife as a gift and hate this handle. Any suggestions?

You could check with the custom makers to see if one of them might be willing to replace the handle and check on the price. Or you could try to replace the handle yourself.

Take a look in the knives for sale forum. I you see a handle you like, contact the maker with a detailed description or pictures of your knife. I have no idea who might be willing to do the job, but ever so often I've read about one who replaced a handle for a friend or client. More often, I read about someone who has modified their knife and replaced the handle along the way.
