Knife has gone home. Goodbye old friend

Sold this beauty back to Josh Smith . It was made in 2003. Selling my custom knives so my family won't have to.

Hi Jon, I'll put a list of the few custom knives I still have tomorrow. I'm almost 70 and my kids aren't interested in knives so I thought I'd better sell them instead of making them try to unload them after I am gone. They would probably sell this one for $100 at a pawn shop.

Always sad to have to let go such personal pieces as this. For what it's worth reducing the future disposal burden on your family is a smart thing to do. But do keep a few. It's important to have a few special things with you always. 🙂
 
Same here, a little older but so hard to part with knives etc. I'm sure my wife would be at the local flea market, $20 ea, 2 for $30. But why do I still buy a knife here and there?
