Knife I.D.?

Here is a small knife I pick up at a little swap met in Mexico City, It cost me a dollar . Anyone know what it is? What do you think the handle is made out of? Any tips on how to restore it ? Thanks again for schooling me.

Robeson Suredge was made by Queen Cutlery between 1995 and 1999. It looks like mother of pearl to me too.

Hey Edwin, heres a link to some info on Robeson. Thats a nice little pen in carbon steel. I'd just oil it . Nice score for a buck.

Looks like an early Robeson to me, and not a later Queen product.
