Its a INFI (there are at present Battle Grade SR101 versions available as well - not in this thickness though) Fat (if it is .31 at the spine) Fusion Battle Mistress. Looks to be wearing black G10 grips.
On price I am a bit out of touch, I would say $700US + however the second hand market is a bit weak at the moment (the past year or so) but they are not making any more of this one either

It is .310" spine. I am selling to fund repairs. Not a huge hurry but needs doing.

Just checked ‘bay completed sales. One similar sold for $870. Did have G10’s and perhaps not as old as yours. Good luck in your sale.

a bit weak might be an understatement. Over the past week I have but two knives up for sale at a good 100.00 under what they should sell for. They are still for sale.

The one at 870 was mine. I gave up so much in payPay and ebay fees I only netted a little over $700 for it. I think I comped a couple others neat that price when I sold. I'm going to recommend $700 as a value, because now you also compete with the then-unannounced forsaken battle mistress that will be hitting the market soon.

It was a badass knife I liked it a lot.
