Knife ID help

Riveted tangs arent too popular on traditional Philippine knives, though there is now a dearth of commercial makers there, however since most of their export stuff is junk I dont keep an eye on them. Anyways, this blade looks relatively new to me. Hows the hardness/quality of the blade?

Federico, I have a small, brass ruler I pressed against the edge. The edge cut nicked the brass, didn't appear to sustain any damage. Beyond that I really dont know.
It has been sharpened, and is sharp, slices paper OK. I have chopped some cardboard and it did a good job.

Fourtunatly, I paid a about a junk price, plus shipping, so if it turns out that way, oh-well, no great loss.
