Knife ID please, Emerson Folder

I bought this at the PaulEPalooza, an event honoring Trainer Paul Gomez and raising money for his children's education. It was Donated by Marcus Wynne, author and trainer.

It came with a sheath with 2 belt loops, using one or the other, it can be carried in the open position either inside the waistband or outside the waistband.

I am trying to find out about it, what model, value etc... Thank you.

2004 CQC-12 "Comrade" full Emerson Custom all titanium framelock. I'd guess well north of a grand. Only year the "diamond" logo was made.

Thank you, I thought it was a custom but am not knowledgeable on Emerson.
