knife ID please

I purchased this knife in Lyon, France many years ago. I was told the name of the maker back then but long forgotten.

Can anyone recognize the maker's mark ?

logo looks right, thank you. It does not say Citadel or Cambodia like most of the pictures I find of Citadel knives but logo looks right. A little rougher than most pics I find, but I am going to guess you are correct. THANK YOU
