Knife ID

I believe the stamp says Maniago, which is a town in Italy. Maniago is a knife industry town, and has been going back to around the 15th century.

Are there any other markings on any of the blades? Perhaps on the blade tangs (the flat area of the blade near where the blade pivots in the handle)?

Also, pictures of the knife with all of the blades/parts open might make it easier to identify.

Welcome to bladeforums.

I believe the knife you're asking about is known as a "horseman's" or "coachman's" knife. Basically a knife for people who deal with horses.

But that's all I've got. I'm afraid I can't help with the knifes age.
