Trying to figure out the knife maker on this one. It's part of a collection I inherited. There are 2 folders & 2 fixed blades with these markings but no documentation on them. They look like customs and were stored in a case with other customs. Any help is appreciated.

Lets give this another shot. Can anyone help me ID the company/maker of this knife? I have not been able to track down the symbol on the blade.
