Knife Idenfication?

I'm a newbie here and this is my first post. I've lurked around a bit. I've got a bunch of junk knives and a few that I've had for a long time that are worth something to me for sentimental reasons. I've got a couple that look to be of decent quality after searching the site. One is a Heafner #5 and another is a small Gerber Silver Knight with green scales that my father gave me when I was 12. The tip of that knife caused the only stitches I've ever had so I'm keeping it. LOL. I've got a USA made Uncle Henry that's pretty old as well.

Can anyone tell me anything about these?

This first one is a Helle that I found in a house my mother had just bought in 1984 so I know it's at least that old. It looks to be a model that Helle has reintroduced. It says 18/8 and High Carbon Steel. From another post on here it seems that's after they changed a name but before they went to the Triple Steel name (or something like that). I'm not sure of the value since it's been used a bit but it's a solid knife for sure.

Here's a Gerber that I got about the same time for Christmas. I bent the tip while screwing around with it as a kid but was able to fix it myself back then. I can't find anything about this knife. <on edit> I managed to figure out this is a Mark I or Mark II. Maybe someone here can confirm? It has a black leather sheath and a 5" blade.

I'm pretty sure that's a Mark I as it has the shorter blade, Most Mark II's I've seen have a 7" blade and have serrations on both edges.

It's a MK1. The MKII has the longer blade. I don't know if yours is old enough to be L6 steel, mine is from the 70's and I believe it is.

My Internet research agrees with both counts so far. It's a Mark I with stainless steel. I believe it was made around 1984 or 85 however the link below indicates that the 5" blades were only made from 1976 - '80. That would suggest it's an L6 but the 'S' in the serial number indicates it's stainless.
