Knife Identification Help Needed

Hi Everyone,

A friend of mine has this knife for sale he purchased from a gun show in Kansas City a few years ago. It definitely looks custom, the only maker's mark is what appears to be a shark with the word "Power" inside of it. The spine of the knife has a really nice decorative cut too. Overall the knife is pretty well constructed and feels great in hand, with excellent balance. I'm not 100% sure what the handles are made of but it could be Micarta and it has a red spacer between them and the tang. Anyone familiar with this knife or know who the maker is? Sorry for the lousy pics but his cellphone should be in the Smithsonian.

Thanks in advance :)

Anyone familiar with this knife or what it might be worth?

Better photos would help with the ID.

Including a clear image of the Makers mark.

Also, you need a Gold membership or better to ask about pricing here on BladeForums.

Thanks, I can probably figure out a fair value if I can locate more information on it. I will try to get some better pics too.

The handle looks like dyed spalted maple or something of that nature.

Yeah you're right, after some more thought I realized they weren't Micarta or even close. I'm thinking now they are some type of wood or maybe even plastic. There are some small black specs of some sort in the material.

eta: Seller told me the handles are definitely some type of wood. The knife also has mosaic pins through the handle.

The knife is made by Steve Powers of Colorado. From what I have gathered people speak highly of him.
