Knife Identification Help Needed

Good day ,
I'm trying to I.D. A lovely knife I saw on Pinterest. I download image recognition apps and tried those, with no luck. It doesn't look like a handmade, one of a kind job to me, so I'm hoping someone will recognize it.
This is my first attempt ever at uploading a picture. I'm using the Imgur app.

Any help is appreciated. I really want to find out more about this knife. Its probably out of my price range, but we'll see.

I did a google image search. It all came back to the same pinterest post. Sorry, no clue.
 
My guess, it's a Russian manufactured piece. But can't find it, yet.

Now I don't have to ponder it anymore.
It's absolutely beautiful, but a little out of my price range. For now.
I wonder if the wife would notice it on the credit card??
