Knife Identification Help needed

Hi All,

I have recently found a knife that I cant seem to identify. The only marking is "Bye" or "Bwe" The Y or W appears to be stylized. The knife appears to be very good quality (warning I am no expert).

The handle material is a black nylon cord. Pictures attached.

Yep that appears to be a match. Wow, this forum is great. I guess the Bye = Boye. The knife appears to be a Cobalt Basic 3. I will have to find out more information on what a Dendritic Cobalt blade is.... I understand CPM-440V / AUS8 etc.... I am also shocked on what the SRP on this knife is.... Holy Cow.
