Knife Identification help please

Welcome to Bladeforums.

That knife looks like a Gerber Aspect, but based on several characteristics, I suspect it to be a counterfeit.

Comparing it to one on a reputable site (Knifecenter), your knife has different types of screws, and the blade grind and logo placement are different. And I can't find any mention of Gerber producing the Aspect with a black blade. Also, the pocket clip looks different from every other one I see.

Thank you so much. I just looked up the aspect and I think you are right it may very well be a counterfeit. I bought it used at a local knife store because I wanted a blade that would be able to carry in my pocket without noticing it. The size and weight are pretty good.
