Knife Identification help (Sort of)

Alright... so this isn't the conventional knife identification thread. I was walking my dog the other day when i stopped to light a cigarette and fiddle with my zippo. I looked down and noticed him chewing on this... handle scale. Generally i'd just leave it where it was but the more i looked at it the more familiar the design seemed and it's actually decent quality. So below is a G-10 handle scale. It's trash but it's just killing me that i can't figure this out. G-10, tip down carry only, 4 body screws 3 pocket clips screws around the round pivot screw location. If you guys could help me out and ease my irritating curiosity it would be much appreciated.
